Polar Bear Pitching 2027

Polar Bear Pitching is an extreme pitching event held in Oulu, Finland. Unlike traditional startup pitching competitions, participants deliver their pitches outdoors in freezing temperatures, standing waist-deep in icy water — the avanto.

The day combines a Day Conference on growth and sustainability with the Avanto Competition, where selected contestants show their determination to the whole world from the ice hole. The Avanto Competition is an outdoor programme broadcast worldwide, surrounded by a Sauna Village with hot tubs, saunas and warm drinks.
